Lombardi implemented Teamworks as a way to streamline and automate internal and external processes to keep pace with the astronomic growth of the business. Teamworks was originally deployed to manage the process of incoming requests, provide ticket status, and to be the front-end to all customer and business partners.

The Teamworks support site today allows users to view open issues, submit new issues, view knowledge articles, and download software and documentation. With Teamworks, Lombardi can track any request through the entire process giving complete visibility and real–time information. Lombardi continues to improve the site and supporting processes to meet internal and customers needs on a quarterly basis.
